    Product Basics

    Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) has the ability to promote the proliferation of endothelial cells, and it is also a key differentiation factor for endothelial cells as well as hematopoietic stem cells.

    PG-007 serves as an alternative to VEGF and has been confirmed to possess phosphorylation capability on VEGFR2, demonstrating confirmed agonist activity towards VEGFR2. It also shows proliferative activity on iPSC-derived endothelial cells and supports the differentiation of iPSCs into endothelial cells. It exhibits comparable activity at 1/8 of the concentration of recombinant VGEF due to a difference in molecular weight.

    Differentiation of iPSCs into NKT cell through hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), using PeptiGrowth peptides (PG-007, 008 and 010) or using VEGF, CHIR99021 (Wnt3a agonist), and TPO.

    Using PeptiGrowth peptides (PG-007, PG-008, and PG-010) reduced the culture period by one day and resulted in more than twofold increase in HSPC yield.
