iMatrix 221
Maintenance and purification of cardiomyocytes and skeletal muscles
Product Basics
iMatrix-221 is highly purified human Laminin 221-E8 fragments recombinantly expressed by CHO-S cell. Laminin-221 E8 fragment protein is known to bind to Integrin α7X2β1 of the cell surface, making an ideal matrix for the differentiation and maintenance of cardiomyocytes and skeletal muscles.
Key Features
- Suitable for the differentiation and maintenance of cardiomyocytes and skeletal muscles
- Exhibits higher binding affinity to α7Xβ1 than Laminin 211
- Clinical grade (iMatrix-221MG) available (contact us for more information)
Technical Information
